“짠 (JJAN)” follows Tae-Sung, a Korean-American college student with a soft and kind personality, who grapples with a dark truth hidden beneath his joyful facade. As he navigates the themes of abandonment, alcoholism, and toxic community culture, the film explores the generational impact of Korean drinking culture in broken families. Tae-Sung's journey involves coming to terms with his traumas, finding peace with his broken relationships, and unraveling the truth behind his past during a conflict at a party with his drunken friends.
