Welcome to my page! I’m Ellie James, a marketer, photographer, designer, content creator, filmmaker, and creative based in Los Angeles, CA. I’m all about capturing life and creating meaningful, transformative, work through graphic design, photography, and film.

My creative journey began with a simple pencil and paper as a kid, which has now expanded into the world of digital art. I’ve fallen in love with photography and filmmaking, and hope to blend these crafts with graphic design as I explore new projects. I’m passionate about creating work that embraces diversity, human connection, and breaking social norms. Being based in Los Angeles has been the perfect backdrop for sparking new ideas and opportunities.

A little more about me. I’m an Asian American adoptee, born in China and raised in Colorado! I graduated from Loyola Marymount University’s College of Business Administrations for Marketing, with a double minor in Studio Arts and Business Law. Since then, I have been actively building my content creation, graphic design, and branding strategy skills. I’ve been grateful to work at Mattel, Inc., Grand Performances, and High Noon Entertainment in the past.
