FAQ

Do you require a deposit?

Can I cancel or reschedule the shoot?

Yes! I do require a 25% non-refundable deposit due upon every single booking. The remaining 75% is due by your booked session, or a week before your event date. If you require financial accommodation, please reach out and we can chat about other possible payment options.

What time is the best time to schedule
my session?

What is your turn around time?

Of course, I know life just happens sometimes! If you have to reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. If you need to reschedule more than once, you will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee! In the event that I have to reschedule for any unforeseen circumstance, the fee will not added to your session.

If you need to cancel your session for any reason, please let me know ASAP. Remember, you do forfeit your 25% deposit.

Like most photographers, I am skilled shoot in all types of lighting situations. However, for outdoor shoots, I recommend scheduling for a time close to either sunrise or sunset for the best lighting possible. Light plays a large role in pretty photos!!

For most product, couple, or portrait sessions, the turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. For events or weddings, the turnaround time is 4-6 weeks. If you have a specific timeline for any photos, let me know and we can chat about the possibility of a quicker turnaround.

For any design or video-related services, the turnaround time is specific to each project. Please reach out if you have any further questions about turnaround time or want to request an estimated quote.

How many photos will I get?

The number of photos you will receive in your online gallery depends on the package that you purchased. However, any package you purchase will include high resolution, edited images. No RAW images will be sent. Please refer to each package to learn more.

I promise I will send you plenty of photos. However, if for any reason you feel like I missed giving you a photo, just ask! I'm more than happy to look back through the gallery and see if I overlooked anything.

Will you change your editing style?

No. Each photographer, like myself, has spent hours trying to perfect our editing style, which makes them different from the rest. I do not change my editing style for anyone. If my editing style is not the style you are looking for, I know plenty of photographers with different styles that I would be happy to recommend to you!

In the case that I do change or update my editing style, I will be sure to post an announcement and update my portfolio gallery so you can reference the new edits.

Will you Photoshop the photos?

The only photoshop edits I make include removing little things like blemishes that are not usually there (unless you ask me not to), significant distractions from the background, and classic dodge and burn, but that is the extent.

Do you travel?

Depending on the shoot, yes! Please contact me to discuss travel and accommodation fees!

I am based in Los Angeles, CA, and occasionally travel to Colorado. If you are looking to try an book me outside of Los Angeles, stay on the look out for any travel announcements or message me!
